Pricing will vary depending upon specific make/model and service. Please fill out our Service Request form to get started. 

Once we receive your time piece, Final estimates are provided within 5 business days. 

Estimates must be approved before service can begin. 

Turnaround time may vary, and must factor in shipping times. On average, the entire process will take about 4-6 weeks. 

Express Service & Special Occasionals:

If you are working with a hard deadline for a special occasion (i.e wedding, graduation, birthday, etc.) we will do our best to accommodate those requests. Please make this clear upon intake so we can best fit your needs. Rush fees will apply for expedited delivery. 

Step 1: Securely package your timepiece for shipment and include your name, mailing address, and phone number.

Step 2: Please notify us prior to shipment to confirm we are ready to receive your item. 

Step 3: Ship your items via FedEx (for safety, efficiency, and tracking). Shipping address will be provided upon acceptance of estimate. 

Step 4: We will notify you once the package is received on our end.

We recommend:

  • Shipping your items Monday-Thursday, so that your package does not sit in a shipping warehouse over the weekend.
  • Using a secure cardboard box as opposed to a padded mailer or envelope
  • Insuring your package for the full replacement value of the watch

We accept payment by cash, check, money order, CashApp, PayPal, & Venmo. 

Checks must be made out to: Huff & DeVries inc.

We do NOT accept credit cards at this time. 

We are insured by Llyods of London

  • 1-2 year warranty dependent on age of watch and chronometer status. 
  • Water resistance warranty: 1-2years (dependent on work done and age/condition of watch.)
  • Non- genuine internal movement parts are always replaced… No-exceptions.
 At HDI, we insist upon using Genuine/ Factory made parts per brand of watch in every circumstance. 
Exceptions have been made on sentimental inserts for Rolex Sport Watches and including custom made dials, bezels and bracelets for Rolex, Omega, and Cartier.  We will work with you on keeping a sentimental piece as is, but, this is not always  possible.  
 
Example: A COSC Certified Chronometer in my shop for for its 3rd service in 16 years would receive a 2 year warranty.  
 
Example: A COSC Certified Chronometer in for routine maintenance/service, but is 40 year old timepiece is no longer a chronometer.
